Cresta Maun Hotel

The shuttle service was convenient and we received a free shuttle from and to the airport. The breakfast was tasty and we appreciated that it was served in a timely manner. we found the hotel facilities to be clean and well-maintained.

Convenient to have a bar right by the reception area. the room cost us BWP 13341, which seemed fair. the hotel's driver was super helpful and saved us a bunch of stress! 🚗

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The check-in process was a breeze, making us feel welcome right from the start. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the hustle and bustle, we actually appreciated the tranquility it offered. Plus, they provide a free shuttle service to the city center, making it convenient to explore and dine out.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The music at Cresta Maun Hotel was fantastic! It added a good ambiance to my stay and really enhanced the overall experience. The front desk staff, though they could have been clearer about pricing and shuttle times, were friendly and pleasant to talk to. It seems that some additional training would greatly improve their efficiency. the wifi at the hotel was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit. Special mention goes to Ratanauka, an really good staff member who always were really nice too assist us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

Enjoyed the lovely view of the river and the pleasant and accommodating staff. The small gym with good equipment was a plus. The transfer service to and from the airport was efficient and a relief for travelers.

The swimming pool had too much preserver and the windows lacked insect screens, making air conditioning a must during the rainy season. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room.

The view from the hotel was stunning, providing a great backdrop during meals. Breakfast offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. the shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient, saving us time and money. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The smell of the water affected our experience, as the water had a strong scent due to it being pumped from the ground. the location was quite far from restaurants and other attractions, requiring us to take taxis to go places.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which makes it perfect for those arriving or departing. the shuttle service is useful, as it provides transportation to nearby attractions.

The room design could be improved, especially the open shower that can be quite uncomfortable for some.
